There is a place, in the heart of the most authentic Calabria, where time seems to have stopped among the scents of citrus fruits and imperial stories. There, among the terraces overlooking the Ionian Sea, Rocca Imperiale dominates, the ancient residence of Emperor Frederick II of Swabia. It is precisely here that our panettone “Lo Svevo” is born, a royal tribute to a territory that speaks the language of nobility and the earth: that of Calabria Bruzia. Artisanally made with selected ingredients and natural leavening, “Lo Svevo” contains the essence of a fruit that is unique in the world: the Rocca Imperiale PGI Lemon, grown for over 200 years on these sun-kissed hills. Rich in essential oils and with an intense aroma thanks to the very high limonene content, this lemon is the absolute protagonist of our creation. Soft, fragrant, refined: the panettone is filled with a velvety lemon cream, prepared with juice, zest and natural essential oils. The lemon-flavoured white chocolate coating completes a unique, fresh and delicate sensory experience.
