The Bizantino was born from the meeting of two intense and meditated ingredients: Calabrian D.O.P. licorice, present in the dough and in the covering, and the dark chocolate that accompanies its decisive character. Candied orange peels enhance its aromatic notes. The result is a panettone with an austere soul, fragrant and elegant, with a taste that evolves slowly, leaving a long, spicy and enveloping trail. No additives, no artificial flavors. Just time, technique and respect for the raw material. The fondant topping with a sprinkling of licorice completes the work: magnetic, surprising, for curious palates. The Byzantine is a omago to ancient knowledge and deepest Calabria.
